Gongju ramen restaurant for tonkotsu and half-half katsu: Myeonsikdang
Myeonsikdang Gongju University Branch is a ramen and pork cutlet restaurant in Gongju, Chungnam, a 3-minute walk from the west gate of Gongju National University. The order was two bowls of tonkotsu ramen with a soft-boiled egg added and the half-and-half katsu plate, which brings spicy scallion pork cutlet and double cheddar pork cutlet together on one dish. Between the rich pork broth and the two contrasting cutlets, Myeonsikdang makes for a generous, well-rounded meal.
