Stopping by after a shift of clinical training at Daegu Catholic University Medical Center, the writer ordered the beef belly doenjang stew set (10,500 won) and a tasting size of nuruk-aged sirloin tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork), then added a fried egg and five-grain rice from the self bar. The savory doenjang stew with tangsuyuk that stayed crisp to the last bite made this the best set meal Cafe Dongi has served the writer.
