Daegu Jongno Korean BBQ with daechang and a ramen finish: Hubaldae
Hubaldae Daegu Jongno Branch is a pork belly and daechang (beef intestine) barbecue restaurant on Jongno in Jung-gu, Daegu, where the staff grill the meat together with potato slices and basil. On a drizzly weekday visit there was no wait to get in, and the ramen ordered at the end tasted like tantanmen, good enough to justify one more bottle of soju. Hubaldae was the best barbecue restaurant tried so far in Jongno, Daegu.
