Ppwang Mulhoe is a seafood restaurant in Pohang, Gyeongbuk, right by Yeongildae Beach. I tried squid mulhoe, 3-combo mulhoe, and a warm squid pajeon with a generous self-service bar. Verdict: a great pick for a group meal before or after seeing the sea.
