After a walk along Cheonggyecheon, the writer arrived right at opening and ordered the recommended set of hanwoo (Korean beef) 150g, pork neck 200g and ogyeopsal (skin-on pork belly) 150g, plus half-and-half naengmyeon (cold noodles) and kkakdugi (radish kimchi) fried rice, and the pork neck won over this usual pork belly fan most of all. Jonggak-ap Nosang Gongyeong Juchajang suits team dinners and group meals where everyone wants to try both beef and pork without working the grill.
