Naju galbi restaurant for holiday family gatherings: Chamsutjip
Chamsutjip Naju Innovation City Branch is a charcoal-grilled seasoned pork galbi restaurant on Green-ro in Naju. The writer ordered two 2+1 seasoned pork galbi sets at 18,000 won each plus pork skin at 9,000 won, wrapped the galbi in pa-jeori (green onion salad), and stirred rice into the corn snail doenjang stew to finish. Chamsutjip is the family's regular stop whenever everyone gathers for Lunar New Year or Chuseok, and it left the writer wanting to go back again.
