Jeonju Hanok Village dakgangjeong that needs no seasoned salt
Mannyeon Dakgangjeong Hanok Village Direct Store is a takeout-only dakgangjeong (Korean sweet fried chicken) shop on Taejo-ro in Jeonju's Hanok Village. A shrimp and chicken half-and-half costs 35,000 won, ordered here in mild and plain fried, and the fried pieces were seasoned so well that the separate packet of seasoned salt went unused, while the mild sauce tasted clean thanks to its fresh fruit base. The mild half really did taste better once it cooled, and soy sauce flavor is next on the list at Mannyeon Dakgangjeong.
