Craving Korean food near Cheongju Airport, the writer ordered the boneless hairtail stew pot rice set, which arrived with 12 side dishes, spicy pork stir-fry and seaweed soup, plus unlimited japchae (glass noodle stir-fry) and fried chicken from the self-serve bar. The hairtail had no fishy taste and the chicken tasted like old-school market fried chicken, making Jeju Badang a 100% return visit.
