Sorori Cheongju Main Branch is a Korean restaurant in Seongan-gil, Cheongju, Chungbuk, serving several kinds of pot rice. My youngest sibling and I shared eel pot rice and Korean beef tripe pot rice, plus seaweed, sauces, and self-bar side dishes. Verdict: even my eel-averse sibling enjoyed the eel pot rice.
