Usul is a fusion Korean restaurant in Jung-gu, Daejeon. I tried gochujang yukhoe tofu-skin rolls, basil doenjang cream sujebi, and a Chodang corn shrimp potato pancake. Usul is a great pick for either lunch or drinks without a break time.
