Sorori Cheongju Main Branch is a pot rice (solbap) specialty restaurant on Seongan-gil in Cheongju. Dining solo at a two-seat table, the writer ordered the beef short rib pot rice (16,000 won) and mixed it with the complimentary butter, seaweed, and furikake, finishing with buckwheat tea from the self-serve bar. The braised short rib wasn't tough and the butter flavor was excellent, making it a satisfying solo meal.
