Gagyeong-dong fish set restaurant with a Sunday wait: Jeju Badang
Jeju Badang is a Korean fish set-meal restaurant on the 2nd floor of the JB Building, near Gagyeong Xi Apartments in Gagyeong-dong, Cheongju. Arriving around 2pm on a Sunday meant a short wait, then two orders of the lunch special Jeju boneless hairtail stew (제주순살갈치조림) with rice, side dishes that included spicy pork, and crisp chicken from the self-serve bar. Because the hairtail is boneless, Jeju Badang is an easy choice on days when cooking fish at home feels like too much work.
