Bubuduri Tteokbokki is a snack restaurant in Bongmyeong-dong, Cheongju, known for its late hours and sweet-then-spicy tteokbokki sauce. I revisited the place my family has loved since its food-truck days, ordering Duri Tteokbokki, chewy sundae, and fried snacks for ₩20,000. Bubuduri Tteokbokki is a welcome return to a flavor I remember.
