Ttukbangjip is a charcoal gochujang pork restaurant in Sajik-dong, Cheongju, open only for lunch from 11am to 3pm. The writer ordered gochujang-grilled pork for two with two bowls of rice, plus cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew), lettuce wraps and scallion salad, and found the seasoning mild enough for spice-sensitive eaters.
