Cheongju restaurant for salmon buckwheat gimbap set: Sorori
Sorori Cheongju Main Branch is a pot rice restaurant on Seongan-gil in Cheongju, Chungbuk. The writer ordered the Best Set and swapped the gimbap for salmon buckwheat gimbap, pairing it with galbi pot rice mixed with butter and hanwoo daechang (beef tripe) pot rice eaten with onion, wasabi and chives. The pot rice was great, but the salmon buckwheat gimbap was so good the writer regretted not ordering a second one.
