Plate is a fresh pasta restaurant in Sunhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon, at 30 Jungang-ro 121beon-gil. Visiting with a child, the writer ordered a set menu that started with pre-meal bread, homemade corn soup and salad, then a steak cream ragu pasta made with a self-chosen fresh noodle and a chuck flap (buchaesal) steak. With high chairs and six fresh noodles to pick from, Plate made an easy family meal out in Daejeon.
