Cheongju pot rice lunch with a self-serve japchae bar: Jeju Badang
Jeju Badang is a grilled-fish and pot rice Korean restaurant on the 2nd floor at 28 Seohyeonnam-ro in Gagyeong-dong, Cheongju. The lunch special came as grilled mackerel pot rice and grilled hairtail pot rice with seaweed soup and stir-fried pork among the basic side dishes, plus japchae (stir-fried glass noodles) and chicken from the self-serve bar, and ended with nurungji (scorched rice), plum tea and rice crackers.
