In short
Tokyo Meta Gold Phyto Saururus Extract Tablets are compressed food supplement tablets made with Korean-grown Saururus chinensis. I received the product and tried it.

Why did I start taking Saururus tablets?
In spring, pollen and fine dust make my nose sensitive, so I always carried tissues with me. When my nose feels uncomfortable during the changing seasons, I tend to feel less well overall, so I became interested in everyday care and came across Tokyo Meta Gold Phyto Saururus Extract Tablets.
What did the product say about its ingredients and manufacturing?
The product stated that it uses Korean-grown Saururus chinensis. The original post also introduced it as “Gold Phyto Saururus Extract Ophiopogon Tablets.”

The ingredient blend was described as “100% concentrated Saururus powder,” along with “99% Saururus extract powder {70% Saururus extract liquid (solids: 1.5%, Saururus: Korean-grown)}.” It also stated that this information was based on an MFDS product manufacturing report.

Regarding manufacturing, it was stated that the tablets are made in a production facility certified for HACCP and ISO 9001.

There was also information about flavonoids and miquelianin in Saururus chinensis. A separate note clarified that this information concerned the raw ingredient, not the product’s effects.

Were the tablets easier to take than powder?
The package contains 60 tablets at 600 mg each, for a total of 36 g. I found powder inconvenient to take and did not enjoy its taste, so I often failed to keep up with it. These are compressed tablets and smaller than a coin, which made them easy to take. They also had almost no taste, so I felt I could keep taking them consistently.

How were the additional ingredients and excluded additives presented?
The additional ingredients were introduced as plant-based ingredients, listed in the original post as baekmundong, jujube, and ginger.

It was stated that the product does not contain silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, artificial sweeteners, HPMC, artificial flavors, or colorants.

How do you take them, and what did I think?
The suggested intake was 1–2 tablets per day.

What I noticed this time was that they were easier to take than powder and less burdensome in terms of taste. I felt I could keep taking them, but I did not record how long I took them or how my nasal condition changed afterward.
