Gasan-dong galbijjim restaurant on my eighth visit: Gim Myeongtae
Gim Myeongtae Spicy Braised Short Ribs Gasan Branch is a neighborhood spicy galbijjim (braised short ribs) restaurant on Gasan-ro near Gasan Digital Complex Station in Geumcheon, Seoul. A five-minute walk from home and now an eighth visit, Gim Myeongtae served a small portion of medium-spice galbijjim with soju and fried rice for two. The medium spice was milder than Shin Ramyun, and the small portion fed two with food left over.
