Sushi Ian N Seolleung Station is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, a 3-minute walk from Exit 2 of Seolleung Station, where every plate costs 1,990 won. Sitting alone at the bar seats along the belt, the writer worked through several rounds of four plates, including seasonal ones such as cheese conch sushi, scallop garlic sushi and beef brisket bossam sushi, then ordered encores of the egg shrimp sushi and flying fish roe scallop sushi. Sushi Ian N is a good choice when you want to eat alone and taste many kinds in small portions at your own pace.
