Avocado buckwheat gimbap at Insa-dong makguksu restaurant Goshine
Goshine Donghae Makguksu Jongno branch is a Gangwon-style makguksu (buckwheat noodle) restaurant in a hanok building in Insa-dong, Seoul, five minutes from Anguk Station Exit 6. After seeing an exhibition, the writer sat at a window table with her son and daughter-in-law and ordered perilla oil makguksu, the 2-person bossam set at 38,000 won, cold water makguksu and avocado buckwheat gimbap. Between the chewy house-made buckwheat noodles, clean-tasting bossam and the unusual avocado gimbap, Goshine Donghae made for a satisfying family outing meal.
