Pohang mulhoe restaurant with 5-seafood squid mulhoe: Ppwang Mulhoe
Ppwang Mulhoe is a squid mulhoe (raw seafood in chilled broth) restaurant on Haean-ro near Yeongildae Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. The signature bowl at Ppwang Mulhoe comes with five kinds of seafood — squid, abalone, sea cucumber, flounder and sea squirt — and we added squid sukhoe and pajeon, then mixed in noodles and rice to finish. Self-bar side dishes and refillable squid soup made this last-minute backup plan the better choice after all.
