Daegu Korean restaurant, kid-friendly cheonggukjang stew: Banwoldang
Banwoldang Bujasikdang is a fire-grilled Korean restaurant on Gwandeokjeong-gil in Jung-gu, Daegu. Visiting with a 5-year-old, the writer registered on the Tabling app, waited about 15 minutes, then ordered two servings of buja stone-grilled short rib, two servings of fire-grilled squid-and-pork stir-fry and a country cheonggukjang (rich fermented soybean) stew. With the mild stew and the sizzling stone-plate rib, Banwoldang Bujasikdang works easily as a family meal out with a young child.
