Jinsim Castella Gimpo Gurae Main Branch is a castella (Japanese-style sponge cake) bakery on the ground floor near the Olive Young in Gurae-dong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi. Four flavors — original, chocolate, mocha and mugwort — come with or without whipped cream, and because Jinsim Castella also sells whipped cream on its own, the castella works as a ready-made cake base for a custom cake; this visit was chocolate whipped cream castella and a grapefruit shower ade to go.
