Mapo lunch shabu-shabu with clear broth: Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu
Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Sangam Branch is a shabu-shabu and kalguksu restaurant in Mapo, Seoul. I ordered three clear mushroom kalguksu servings and added 190g of beef, finishing with noodles and fried rice. The light yet deeply savory clear broth was the standout.
