Cleansing balm for sensitive oily-dehydrated skin: HEEDA

How did it feel on sensitive oily-dehydrated skin?

I have sensitive oily-dehydrated skin, so I am particular about texture and how my skin feels after cleansing when choosing cleansing products. It was my first time using a balm formula, and it felt like it melted softly when I applied it to my skin.

It also felt moisturizing as I massaged it in, and I did not feel the tightness that I dislike.

How did I remove my makeup?

I used it after being out all day, when my skin had become oily. I usually wear mascara and eyeliner, and because eye makeup can be difficult to remove, I often use an eye makeup remover as well.

• I scooped out an appropriate amount and applied it to my skin.
• I first massaged it in until the balm melted with body heat and became like an oil.
• I added a little water, emulsified it thoroughly, and then massaged it in.
• I rinsed several times with lukewarm water.

When I added water and massaged it in, it emulsified into a white color, and I felt that thoroughly massaging at this stage was important. That day, I used only this product without a separate remover or cleansing tissue, and it removed my color makeup.

Were the container and application method convenient?

The spatula could be stored inside the one-touch lid. It was easy to take out when using it, and I could store it neatly as well.

What stood out after cleansing?

What I liked most was that my skin did not feel tight after cleansing. Since I prefer a moisturizing finish and want to cut down on separate remover steps on days when I wear makeup, this is a product I would like to keep using.
