24-hour Korean BBQ near Cheolsan Station, Gwangmyeong: Snug Roastery
Snug Roastery is a 24-hour charcoal Korean BBQ restaurant in the Cheolsan commercial district of Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi, 200m from Cheolsan Station. Arriving around 8pm after work with her boyfriend, the writer ordered two servings of pork belly (180g per serving), kimchi fried rice on a hot plate and beef brisket doenjang jjigae, and the staff grilled everything from start to finish. Snug Roastery has no parking of its own, but the juicy pork, the spread of side dishes and the grilling service made it a place she would return to.
