Tapgol Gongwon Jongno 3-ga Branch is an outdoor frozen pork belly BBQ restaurant beside the east gate of Tapgol Park, next to Jongno 3-ga Station in Jongno, Seoul. Signing up at 6:30pm on a Friday showed 81 teams ahead and an estimated 2-hour wait, but tables turned over so fast that the wait was one hour, and dinner was frozen pork belly for two at 18,000 won plus 6,000-won kimchi fried rice and unlimited side dishes from the self-bar. The wait is real, but Tapgol Gongwon delivers on both price and atmosphere.
