Susan Sadang Main Branch is a raw shrimp sashimi izakaya a 5–10 minute walk from Sadang Station Exit 8 in Dongjak, Seoul. Booked through Naver Reservation for 6pm on a Saturday, Susan Sadang seated us at a 1st-floor window table, where 20 raw shrimp cost 58,000 won and came with buldak mayo and mayo baek-kimchi, followed by grilled shrimp heads at the end. Reservable, generous with the buldak mayo and fairly priced — Susan Sadang Main Branch ticked all three boxes.
