Jongno 3-ga Korean BBQ with table lamps and a 90-minute limit: Tapgol
Tapgol Gongwon Jongno 3-ga Branch is an all-outdoor frozen pork belly Korean BBQ restaurant beside the stone wall across from the east gate of Tapgol Park in Jongno, Seoul. Two of us arrived at 7pm on a Sunday, were seated with no wait, and ordered frozen pork belly, brisket doenjang stew and beer, with a 1 hour 30 minute dining limit that applies on weekends and holidays. For a quiet, lamp-lit outdoor grill rather than a loud pojangmacha, Tapgol Gongwon Jongno 3-ga fits well.
