Retro pojangmacha bar near Yeongdeungpo Station: galbisal tadaki
Yeokjeon Pojangmacha Yeongdeungpo is a retro pojangmacha-style bar on the second floor near Exit 5 of Yeongdeungpo Station in Seoul. The writer visited with her boyfriend and ordered dakdoritang (spicy braised chicken stew), galbisal tadaki (sweet-savoury seared short rib) and draft beer, and the spicy broth came loaded with glass noodles, wheat noodles, tteok, mushrooms and quail eggs to pick through, while the sweet-salty galbisal tadaki reset the palate between bites. A good spot near Yeongdeungpo Station for a drink with real atmosphere.
