The Baum Gyeongbokgung Branch is a baumkuchen dessert café on the first and second floors of a hanok building on Jahamun-ro in Jongno, Seoul, near Gyeongbokgung Station. On the second floor, under a ceiling of exposed roof tiles and rafters, the mini watermelon baumkuchen and strawberry baum from the cool baum line went well with an iced americano, and the shop was taking pre-orders for its Chuseok baked-goods gift set. The Baum Gyeongbokgung Branch is an easy sweet stop after a walk around Gyeongbokgung Palace.
