Three gyoza flavors compared at a Hongdae dumpling restaurant: MANDOO
MANDOO BAR is a dumpling restaurant on the second floor along Hongdae's Red Road in Mapo, Seoul. After dinner and before heading home, three orders were packed to go — MANDOO BAR gyoza basic, Mexican taco gyoza and yurinki gyoza (sweet-and-sour chicken sauce) — and the wrappers stayed crisp instead of turning soggy at home. The basic tasted nutty and savory, the taco gyoza brought an exotic flavor and the yurinki gyoza was sweet and tangy, so all three went in different directions and all were worth ordering.
