Cheongju date lunch with a pork cutlet cheese roll: Oneul Haru
Oneul Haru is a Korean stone-pot rice restaurant in Gagyeong-dong, Cheongju, near Connect Hyundai and the intercity bus terminal. For a date lunch, two of us ordered gochujang bulgogi gondre stone-pot rice at 15,000 won and a handmade pork cutlet cheese roll at 13,000 won, with unlimited self-serve bar tteokbokki plus eggplant and king oyster mushroom fritters, then poured water into the pot for sungnyung (scorched rice tea) at the end. With partitioned seating and one hour of underground parking covered, Oneul Haru is an easy recommendation for lunch in Gagyeong-dong.
