Jeungpyeong hanok restaurant with green onion duruchigi: Gamnamujip
Jeungpyeong Son Dubu Gamnamujip is a hanok Korean restaurant on Gwangjang-ro in Jeungpyeong-eup, Chungbuk, that makes its tofu by hand every morning. Two servings of the handmade tofu and green onion duruchigi (spicy stir-fried hot pot) came with a free kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) add-in, plus soft chodubu tofu, turmeric rice and a self-serve side bar with yuzu salad and tteokbokki. A waiting line ran through the whole visit, but the spicy sauce and thick handmade tofu at Gamnamujip made it worth the wait.
