Daejeon Jungang-ro Korean restaurant: three-dish table at Usul

Usul is a fusion Korean restaurant on Jungang-ro 138beon-gil in Jung-gu, Daejeon, 323m from Jungangno Station Exit 3. One table brought gochujang yukhoe (seasoned raw beef) with fried tofu skin rolls for 20,900 won, chodang soft tofu gomtang (clear soup) for 12,900 won and crispy fried peppers for 9,900 won, alternating soft and crunchy bites. The soft tofu gomtang at Usul tastes clean but comes out a little spicy, which is worth knowing before you order.
