Salt bread and caramel crème after a Gyeongbokgung walk: Respire
Respire Bakery Cafe Seochon is a two-story bakery café near Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul, about 5 minutes on foot from Gyeongbokgung Station. After a walk around the palace, I sat by the calm second-floor window and tried the salt bread original, salt summer latte, and caramel crème. The salty-sweet combo made it a great spot to rest halfway through a Seochon stroll.
