Why did I try a seat belt extender clip?
Since I spend more than an hour driving each day, a tight seat belt can feel constricting. My mother also finds seat belts uncomfortable, which is how I became interested in the Migijae Seat Belt Extender Clips. When I used them, they gave me a little more room and made the belt feel less tight.
What are the box contents and size like?
The seat belt extender clips came neatly packaged, with two clips in one box.
They were described as using a zinc-alloy body with a high-gloss finish and reinforced alloy pins. The dark black color was subtle, and I liked the glossy design.
The overall length was about 9 cm, and the front plate was about 3.8 cm long. They felt a little weighty in my hand, but solid.
What was it like to attach and remove them?
You attach the clip between the existing seat belt and the car buckle. When I tried it, the process felt simple.
To remove it, I pressed the round part while pulling it out.
How did they feel over a thick winter coat?
Once attached, I did not notice any wobbling. The biggest change was that the belt felt less tightly cinched. It felt as if there was a little more room across my chest, and it was comfortable even with a thick winter coat on.
I also took photos before and after wearing it. What I was most satisfied with was that it felt less constricting after use.
