HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a black cleansing balm I tried on dry, dehydrated combination skin in Korea. I used it around my nose twice a week and for heavy makeup; it melted smoothly and left my skin feeling moisturized, though this is only my personal impression.
