Charcoal cleansing foam for sensitive skin: HEEDA Jirisan

What were the first feel and texture like?

While looking for a cleanser to use on days when my skin feels sensitive, I tried HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Hydrating Cleansing Foam. Its mild, gentle feel was the first thing I noticed.

The formula was firm enough that I needed to apply a little pressure to the tube, but it was convenient to dispense hygienically. When squeezed onto my hand, it came out a deep gray color and had a subtle scent that felt like a blend of charcoal and herbs. It also felt thick and closely adherent when applied to my face.

How were the foam and cleansing feel?

Rather than producing abundant foam, it was closer to a formula that spreads softly in the hands. I tried rubbing it over foundation, and it cleaned it away neatly after enough rubbing. When I cleansed after using sunscreen as well, it felt like it washed away cleanly.

Did it leave tightness or residue after cleansing?

In winter, I tend to look for cleansing balms or cream formulas because I worry about dryness after washing my face. Although this is a foam cleanser, it left a moist feeling afterward and finished fresh without slippery or sticky residue.

Would I keep using it on sensitive-feeling days?

Based on my first use, I could use it without discomfort even on days when my skin felt sensitive. I thought it could suit people who prefer a low-pH cleansing foam that spreads gently rather than a highly foaming cleanser, and who want a moist yet fresh finish after washing.
