Sambahcho extract tablets for seasonal nasal sensitivity: Tokyo Meta
In short
Tokyo Meta Gold Phyto Sambahcho Extract is a 60-tablet dietary supplement I took in Korea when my nose felt sensitive during seasonal changes. The small tablets were easy for me to take, and I personally felt less nasal-tip stuffiness, though I did not record a duration of use or objective changes.

I received this product and used it. I took Tokyo Meta Gold Phyto Sambahcho Extract when my nose felt sensitive and uncomfortable during seasonal changes.

Why did I choose a sambahcho extract product?
I was interested because it was introduced as a plant-based ingredient product made with domestically sourced sambahcho (Chinese lizardtail). I also gave it to my sibling, who struggles with rhinitis, and they liked it, saying it seemed helpful. This was my sibling’s personal response.

What stood out about the contents and ingredients?
With 60 tablets in one package, I felt the quantity was generous. I also liked that maekmundong, jujube, and ginger were introduced as additional ingredients alongside sambahcho.

I paid attention to the fact that the sambahcho ingredient was sourced in Korea. Another reason I chose it was the convenience of taking in tablet form an ingredient I had previously steeped as tea.

It was introduced as a high-density compressed tablet product. In practice, what I noticed most was that the tablets were small and convenient to take.

I also liked the descriptions saying that it contained no additives or excipients and was made in Korea at a HACCP-certified manufacturing facility.

How did I take it, and was it easy to take?
The product was introduced as being taken once a day with water, 1–2 tablets at a time. Since the tablets were not large, I found them easy to take. I also felt that the shelf life was long.
What changes did I personally notice after taking it?
After taking it, I felt that the stuffiness at the tip of my nose and my morning nasal congestion were less noticeable. My nose would feel blocked during each seasonal transition, which was uncomfortable and stressful, but at the time I felt my condition had improved and was satisfied. However, I did not keep records of a specific duration of use or numerical changes.

On days when I felt less stuffy, I could start the day feeling refreshed. The tablet form suited me well, so I could take it comfortably.

When my nose became sensitive during seasonal changes, I tried to take it regularly. I took it especially during seasonal transitions or on days with high fine-dust levels.
