Why did I choose solid lemon juice tablets?
I like high-calorie foods, and I tend to find small portions or managing my diet difficult. Because I periodically overeat and do not always get a balanced range of nutrients, I became interested in managing my food intake.
Even when I wanted to have lemon juice, buying lemons, washing them, and squeezing them myself felt cumbersome. So I chose Lemozen Tenier solid lemon juice, which I could take with water.
I was interested in appetite control and compared the ingredient amounts in several products. The product description I referred to when choosing said that it contained 93% US-17 solid lemon juice powder.
Was it convenient to take every day?
The tablet form made it convenient to take and store. What I liked most was being able to take it with water without preparing lemons separately. The directions I wrote in the original post were to take two tablets with water once a day.
At the time of writing, I calculated the cost as ₩450 per tablet and felt it was not too burdensome to take regularly. However, I did not record the total purchase price or quantity on which that calculation was based.
The tablets were white and did not have a strong scent. In my case, I did not experience heartburn while taking them.
They were not too large, so I did not find them burdensome to take every day. The product description also introduced mixed lactic acid bacteria and fructooligosaccharides as included ingredients.
What changes did I notice before finishing one bottle?
At the time of writing, I was taking it daily but had not yet finished one bottle. Personally, I felt it had become easier than before to use the bathroom at a regular time each morning.
People around me said that I seemed to be eating less. I usually ate plenty of desserts at cafés after meals, but I felt full sooner than before. However, these were personal changes I felt while taking it, and I did not record how much my weight changed.
The point I have been most clearly satisfied with so far is the convenience of taking it. It reduced the hassle of preparing fresh lemon juice, making it easier to take every day.
