As the last stop of a trip, the writer bought chuck flap (salchisal) and bulgogi cuts, carried them to Seoul in a cooler bag with ice packs, grilled the chuck flap well-done without it turning tough, and marinated the bulgogi cuts in homemade sauce for a family of three.
