On an early lunch visit, grade 1++ (BMS9) Korean beef sirloin and short rib came half-and-half over charcoal, finished with cold buckwheat noodle soup (mul naengmyeon). The thick-cut sirloin was tender and the short rib full of flavor, making Soyachon 338 a Sokcho Korean beef spot worth choosing over a resort breakfast.
