Gangneung sundubu restaurant with parking out front: Jeong Eunsuk
Jeong Eunsuk Chodang Sundubu is a Korean restaurant serving Chodang sundubu (soft tofu) on Nanseolheon-ro in Gangneung, Gangwon. Visiting with parents and husband on a weekday at 11am, the writer parked right in front of the restaurant and ordered the Chodang Myeongpum table for 4 at 25,000 won per person (100,000 won total), which brings sundubu hot pot, tofu samhap and grilled seasoned kodari (half-dried pollock) in one spread. With its own lot plus the nearby Heo Nanseolheon parking lot and no wait before noon, Jeong Eunsuk Chodang Sundubu is an easy lunch stop on a Gangneung trip by car with parents.
