Hangover jjamppong with beef brisket at Haeundae Chinese: Bueokgan
Bueokgan Chinese Marine City Branch is an ocean-view Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor of the Adelis commercial building in Haeundae, Busan, overlooking Dongbaekseom and the sea. A weekend drive turned into a hangover cure with beef brisket jjamppong (spicy noodle soup), poached-egg pork belly jjajangmyeon, mapo tofu rice bowl, and black vinegar tangsuyuk, all on one table. The spicy brisket jjamppong broth was so good at clearing out last night's soju that it created an endless loop with the tangsuyuk.
