Gijang Korean barbecue with pre-grilled pork: The Barbecue 051
The Barbecue 051 is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Gijang, Busan, with the feel of a pension barbecue. We had two servings of pork belly, one serving of pork skirt meat, three handmade sausages, and brisket doenjang-jjigae. Verdict: the pre-grilled pork and crisp-chewy pork skin make this a place I would happily revisit.
