Gochu japchae and flower buns at Marine City Chinese: Bueokgan
Bueokgan Chinese Marine City Branch is a sea-view Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the Subyeon Choego Pork Gukbap building in Marine City, Haeundae, Busan. Bringing grandma along for a family meal, we ordered gochu japchae with flower buns, seafood nurungji soup and beef brisket jjamppong, and all three were mild enough for older diners. With private rooms inside and a Gwangan Bridge view just outside the door, Bueokgan Chinese suits a three-generation family dinner.
