Ansan kalguksu restaurant with self-serve rice and plum tea: Todamok
Todamok is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant on Daejaengi-gil in Seonbu-dong, Ansan, Gyeonggi. The writer ordered Todamok's kalguksu and potato pancake set for two, pairing chicken kalguksu with algoni (roe and milt) kalguksu, dipping the potato pancake in wasabi soy sauce and refilling rice and side dishes at the self-serve corner. With guinea pigs, rabbits and tropical fish to see on the way in and free coffee and plum tea after paying, Todamok made for a very satisfying meal.
