Bucheon pork belly lunch with mushroom sauce self-bar: Cham Dwaejitgan
Cham Dwaejitgan Bucheon Sinjung-dong Branch is a 24-hour Korean BBQ restaurant 364m from Exit 3 of Sinjung-dong Station in Bucheon, Gyeonggi. Stopping in for lunch during a day out, the writer ordered 2 servings of cham samgyeopsal (premium pork belly), which staff grilled from start to finish, and ate it with mushroom sauce and free refills from the self-serve side dish bar before adding 1 serving of pork belly and 1 of pork neck. Both cuts were so good it was hard to pick a favourite, and the writer is already planning to come back with their parents.
